NCSY (Orthodox Union)

About This Program

NCSY LEAD is a 3-week Israel program for girls completing grades 11–12 (June 24–July 20, 2026), based at Kfar Yeladim — a children's village in Afula. Limited to just 20 participants, LEAD is centered on creating and running a full summer experience for orphaned children who live at the village. Participants serve as counselors and mentors, giving these kids an extraordinary summer while developing their own leadership through genuine, hands-on giving. Weekly Israel trips and daily Torah learning complete a summer that is as purposeful as it is personal.
