About This Program
NCSY JOLT Israel (Jewish Overseas Leadership Training) is a 5-week coed leadership development program in Israel for students in grades 10–11 (July 7–Aug 10, 2026). The centerpiece is planning and running a 10-day camp for siblings of children with chronic illnesses — children who often go overlooked while parents care for a sick sibling — putting leadership skills into real, meaningful practice. Beyond this deeply purposeful experience, JOLT participants rappel through waterfalls, cliff jump into natural pools, snorkel in Haifa, waterski in Eilat, hike the Golan, and sail the Kinneret. RootOne $3,000 voucher eligible.
